Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and group well-being interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships.
- Implement short-term, solution-focused group interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT.
- Deliver experiential, interactive group interventions focused on active engagement and real-time skills application
- Complete all associated administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Assess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients.
- Facilitate creative sessions utilizing mediums such as art, movement, music, food and culture.
- Maintain timely, clear and accurate case notes and track session data.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the clinical team.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team Lead and adhere to professional and ethical guidelines.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in Trust & Safety to ensure best practices.
- Complete all required administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately and within required timeframes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, psychotherapy, social work or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Licensed by DCBOP — District of Columbia Board of Psychology DCBPC — District of Columbia Board of Professional Counseling DCBSW — District of Columbia Board of Social Work DC Health — District of Columbia Department of Health
- Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus.
- Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong data management and administrative skills.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
