Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities
- Execute time studies on the build and test lines
- Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects
- Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs)
- Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving
- Must be a quick learner and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering experience in development or manufacturing environment
