Position Summary...

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure optimal flow of goods and efficient fulfillment.

 

 

What you'll do...

The Manager, Supply Chain Management creates and validates demand plans for products, ensuring collaboration with leadership roles across logistics, transportation, replenishment, and store operations. This role involves strategic alignment of processes and work to ensure a smooth flow of goods into and out of distribution centers and stores.

Strong communication skills are essential to incorporate business intelligence into an optimized demand plan, which forms the core of operational planning. The role may also involve maintaining planning processes and feedback loops to translate demand plans into labor planning at distribution centers, ensuring cost-effective inventory flow.

The position requires detailed knowledge of operations, systems, and infrastructure to identify and mitigate risks, make cost-saving recommendations, and develop strategic frameworks for long-term planning. The role also includes leading daily forecasting requirements, flow planning, and supply chain initiatives across various functions, ensuring effective project management and communication.

Additionally, the Manager, Supply Chain Management explores new efficiencies and system enhancements to reduce costs and improve service. Building strong relationships with global business partners and stakeholders is essential for driving sustainable supply chain solutions and ensuring on-time, cost-competitive, and compliant operations.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with demonstrated leadership across multiple areas of the end-to-end supply chain.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain acumen, including demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, vendor performance, distribution, and store execution.
• Proven inventory and financial management experience, including ownership of inventory budgets, working capital, inventory productivity, in-stock and service-level performance.
• Retail industry experience, with a strong understanding of customer demand, merchandising cycles, promotions, seasonality and the relationship between availability, inventory and sales.
• Strong operational experience, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, manage exceptions, resolve complex supply chain issues and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Cross-functional leadership capability, with experience influencing Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, Finance and supplier partners while using data and insights to drive end-to-end decisions and accountability.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
