Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial governance, accounting integrity, statutory compliance, and reporting activities for assigned legal entities. This role serves as a key business partner, driving financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen financial controls and business performance

Your key responsibilities:

• Own the financial integrity of assigned legal entities, ensuring accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting activities.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating audits, statutory financial statements, and resolution of audit findings.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance by maintaining finance master data, internal controls, local compliance calendars, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members while promoting best practices in financial control, risk management, and compliance.

You bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CPA, ACCA, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit within a complex multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory accounting requirements, financial controls, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
