This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving organizational objectives. This position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and effective communication across teams to facilitate seamless integration of new workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Experience in documenting detailed process flows and technical requirements to support system implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance considerations related to system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
