Curis Functional Health is growing in Niles, IL, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our multidisciplinary practice.

This role is a great opportunity for a dietitian who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, providing individualized nutrition care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. 

For our Niles clinic specifically, we’re especially interested in dietitians with an interest or experience in general health and wellness, nutrition-related mental health concerns, functional nutrition, and/or pediatrics. 

What You’ll Do 

Provide Personalized Nutrition Care 

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and identify each client’s individual needs and goals. 

• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical needs, lifestyle, preferences, and desired outcomes. 

• Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and individualized or group nutrition sessions. 

• Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition interventions as appropriate. 

Take a Whole-Person Approach 

• Consider physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors when developing nutrition recommendations. 

• Help clients understand how nutrition can support their overall health and well-being. 

• Provide practical education and strategies that clients can incorporate into their everyday lives. 

• Support clients with nutrition-related concerns that may intersect with physical and mental health. 

Collaborate With a Multidisciplinary Team 

• Work alongside chiropractors, mental health professionals, physicians, other dietitians, and healthcare team members. 

• Communicate with clinical insights and collaborate on coordinated care plans. 

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities. 

• Contribute your nutrition expertise to a broader, whole-person model of care. 

Build Meaningful Client Relationships 

• Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client. 

• Develop trusting relationships through compassionate, respectful, and culturally responsive care. 

• Meet clients where they are and help them make practical, sustainable changes. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; master's degree preferred. 

• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. 

• Current Illinois dietitian licensure/credentialing appropriate to the position. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important. 

• Ability to establish rapport with clients and provide individualized, client-centered care. 

• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. 

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems. 

• Interest in functional health, whole-person wellness, and expanding your approach to nutrition care.
