We are looking for an Graduate Engineering Trainee who demonstrates strong engineering fundamentals and a genuine drive for continuous learning. This role is designed for individuals eager to contribute to enterprise application development while building expertise across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings solid foundational knowledge in computer science, a structured problem-solving mindset, and the interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and practices
- Working knowledge of database fundamentals and API / system interaction concepts
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability, with evidence of structured analytical approach
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and iterative development workflows
- Basic understanding of networking and web concepts
- Awareness of software quality and testing fundamentals (unit testing, code reviews)
- Working Knowledge of AI Infrastructure and Prompt Engineering
