We are now looking for a Technical Operations Manager to join our team in Biskupice Podgórne near Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
- Build and develop the Automation Engineering and Process Engineering Department, including team structure, roles, and operational standards
- Identify, evaluate, and implement technical and technological solutions that improve production efficiency, reliability, quality, and safety
- Initiate, plan, and oversee CAPEX and modernization projects, including the implementation of new technologies, production lines, and equipment
- Lead standardization and optimization initiatives across manufacturing processes using Process Engineering methodologies and Lean Manufacturing tools
- Develop, update, and maintain process and technical documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence
- Support continuous improvement activities and drive operational performance through effective change management practices
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational efficiency
Who you are
- You have university degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Automation & Robotics, Production Management, or related fields. A degree in Chemical Engineering would be considered an additional advantage
- You have knowledge and experience in coating technology/processes (highly desirable)
- You have proven experience in a similar management position, preferably within an international manufacturing environment
- You have experience in leading and developing engineering teams
- You have practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, and you have successfully implemented continuous improvement initiatives in a production environment
- You have hands-on experience in project management, including investment and process improvement projects
- You have strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You have results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- You have proven ability to lead and support organizational transformation through effective change management
- You can communicate effectively in English
