Project Manager, Business Transformation Delivery

STEMCELL Technologies, Canada’s largest biotechnology company, is hiring! We are looking for a Project Manager, Business Transformation Delivery, to play a key role in driving meaningful change across the organization.

In this exciting opportunity, you will lead and coordinate high-impact projects within your designated portfolio, turning strategic priorities into successful outcomes. You will champion projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders at every level of the organization, as well as consultants, vendors, and external partners, to build consensus, solve complex challenges, and keep initiatives moving forward. Your ability to communicate, influence, negotiate, and foster strong relationships will be essential in delivering transformative results.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes detailed project charter, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables

• Executes project plan according to project methodologies, ensures successful and coordinated completion of project components, on time and on budget

• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project

• Reports regularly to the PMO with regard to risks, and executes appropriate plans to contain them

• Work with stakeholders at all levels and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or master's with 4-8 years of experience

• Related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required

• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals

• Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment

• Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and database

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 - $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
