About The Heritage Group
The Heritage Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned business focused on construction and materials, environmental services and specialty chemicals. Over the last 90+ years, the Heritage portfolio has grown to include more than 50 companies that employ more than 6,000 people. What unites this diverse group of businesses and individuals is our commitment to create a safer, more enriching, and sustainable world by harnessing the power of family.
Our Corporate FP&A team sits at the enterprise level, building the reporting, forecasting, and analytical infrastructure that supports board-level decision-making and our trustee-mandated growth goals. We are hiring a Finance Manager to take ownership of core enterprise forecasting and reporting deliverables while serving as an analytical thought partner across the portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that combines hands-on model building with cross-functional coordination and will grow in scope as we integrate a new Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platform and mature our processes through 2026 and beyond.
