Call Center Representative – Primary Care (Full Time, On‑Site)

Location: 3101 Hwy 71 East, Suite 101, Bastrop, TX 78602

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Pay: $18–$19/hr

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Primary Care Call Center Representative to work on‑site in our Bastrop clinic. This role supports patients and providers by managing high‑volume inbound calls and completing essential clinical support tasks. A strong healthcare background is required.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for primary care patients

• Providing test results to patients

• Processing medication refill requests

• Taking and routing provider messages

• Managing high‑volume inbound calls (125–130 calls/day)

• Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication

• Documenting patient interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• High‑volume call center experience (required)

• Healthcare call center experience (required)

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and primary care workflows

• Medical Assistant experience is a plus

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

• Must have a medical/healthcare background to apply

• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation Range:

$18.00

to

$27.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
