MISSION : The Business Analyst’s primary role is to identify and capture the needs of the business entities, documenting them by gathering information through interviews, workshops, etc., by ensuring that final digital solutions developed by the Group are in line with these initial needs and provide added value.
He/she relies on a good knowledge of existing processes to translate the needs expressed, identify all opportunities (thanks to market watch) and recommend the best solution and the best way to meet them (make or buy).
He/she plays a key role in the success of digital transformation initiatives by optimizing the user experience.
The Business Analyst works with development teams to ensure that solutions meet initial requirements, by conducting acceptance tests to validate results.
He/she contributes to change management, communication and training.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
The internal partner's needs are clarified and defined in specifications.
Problems and opportunities with the business partner are identified in order to optimize digitalization and increase the impact on the company (including process and risk analysis).
The functional, technical and environmental requirements of the internal partner are identified and detailed to clarify the needs expressed.
All Group requirements (hosting, security, data confidentiality, standards and regulations, quality, etc.) are taken into account and respected.
The relevance of the proposed solution, the availability of teams, skills and feasibility of developing the solution with digital factories or developers are validated through close collaboration.
Feedback from partners is taken into account to improve their satisfaction.
The knowledge acquired during solution development is capitalized in order to be reused.
