  • Analyze equipment performance, downtime, OEE, and maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead and support root cause failure analyses (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring equipment issues.

  • Partner with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize work based on production impact, risk, and asset criticality.

  • Drive initiatives that improve equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize maintenance intervals.

  • Support technical investigations and deviation management by identifying systemic equipment issues and recommending sustainable solutions.

  • Participate in new equipment installations, qualification activities, and capital projects with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost.

  • Develop and review User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Requirements (FR) with reliability and spare parts strategies in mind.

  • Maintain accurate asset information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support data-driven decision making.

  • Establish, monitor, and report key reliability performance indicators while driving improvement initiatives.

  • Support audit readiness by ensuring maintenance strategies and documentation meet GMP and regulatory expectations.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert or backup SME for CMMS (Maximo) and building automation systems (Metasys).

  • Collaborate across departments to improve equipment performance, manufacturing capacity, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience working with CMMS platforms such as Maximo or SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Experience with TrackWise or similar quality management systems.

  • Experience with building management systems such as Metasys.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, asset management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
