What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll help keep our service department running smoothly while making sure every customer receives a first-class experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the flow of vehicles and customers through the service drive lane
- Ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer experience and look for opportunities to create a positive impression
- Provide concierge-level support for customer questions and inquiries, both in person and by phone
- Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, recommendations, and repair processes
- Ensure technicians' available time and schedules are consistently presented and utilized effectively
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians to help maintain a productive service operation
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customers receive timely updates and a seamless experience
What You Bring

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer
- Organized, friendly, and customer-focused personality
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate others
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
