We’re currently seeking a Assistant Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart.
The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

About you...
Minimum of 3 years of luxury hotel experience required.

Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.

Strong expertise in housekeeping operations, with demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and financial performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Working knowledge of Local 6 union agreements, practices, and procedures required.

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
