Our work depends on Training Lead. joining our team to support our client’s mission.  The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs. 

 

Training Lead 

 

• Develops the NET training plan, as well as supervises development of course training materials.  

• Develops and assesses either formal or informal initial training required for the operator and provides ongoing training and support to educate individual users, as needed.  

• Coordinates with the ATEC SO to provide an on-site training location appropriate for technical instruction and supplies necessary to execute NET. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

 

• Education: BS/BA Degree 

• Required Experience: 5 to 10 years of related experience  

• Security Clearance Level:  Active Secret Clearance  

• Location:  Remote 

• Travel: up to 10%-25% travel

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
