Description
An international employer based in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Service to join their Dutch-speaking team.
It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.
What you'd be doing:
- Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
- Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
What we're looking for:
- Solid working English alongside your Dutch
- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
