What You’ll Work On
1. Experience & Engagement Design
Improve the end-to-end user experience of CoE services (SharePoint hub, onboarding journeys, materials).
Identify friction points and propose UX-driven improvements.
Create simple, intuitive flows that help users understand what to do next.
2. Visual Design & Communication
Design clear and engaging visuals (infographics, slides, UX mockups).
Translate complex topics (governance, tools, processes) into simple, user-friendly content.
Ensure consistency in look & feel across all CoE materials.
3. Content & Storytelling (SharePoint & Beyond)
Create and improve content on our Citizen Development SharePoint hub.
Turn technical topics into engaging, easy-to-read experiences.
Showcase success stories that inspire adoption.
4. Video & Digital Media
Design and produce short, engaging videos (tutorials, demos, success stories).
Support scripting, storyboarding, and editing.
Help us communicate in formats users actually enjoy.
What We’re Looking For
Student in UX/UI, Design, Communication, Digital Media or similar.
Strong skills in visual design tools (e.g., Figma).
Experience or interest in UX/UI design and user journeys.
Ability to simplify complex information into clear messages.
Basic experience with video creation/editing.
Creative mindset + attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
Nice to Have
Interest in no-code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with SharePoint or internal platforms.
Experience designing for corporate or product environments.
Curiosity about user behavior, engagement, and adoption.
