Job summary:
This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairs of the building, assisting with machinery and mechanical equipment, in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, to maintain operating conditions and plant productivity. (including production equipment/facilities)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assists in the repairs, maintenance and general upkeep of plant facilities, grounds and systems to maintain optimum operating condition and efficiency, using such skills as mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, painting and fabricating.
• Troubleshoots repairs and maintains plant systems and equipment which would include plumbing, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical problems.
• Installs, modifies and relocates machinery and equipment in both office and plant. (including prouction equipment/facilities)
• Read and interprets repair/installation manuals, schematics and other written instructions.
• Responds to emergency requests for repairs and replacements.
• Conducts routine inspections of plant facilities and equipment as requested and performs preventative maintenance such as oiling and lubricating equipment, adding fuel, etc.
• Requisitions or secures materials, supplies and tools needed for assignments.
• Maintains proper labeling on specified chemical containers.
• Travels off-site to pick up items and provide general support to maintenance activities, as required.
• Uses various measuring and testing equipment to troubleshoot, maintain and repair machinery, equipment and systems.
• Uses a wide range of shop, hand and power tools common to the job.
• Maintains specified records, and logs of repairs, maintenance related activities and system readings.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Skills and Experience:
• Must have knowledge of general maintenance procedures, techniques and requirements for the repair, installation, modification and up keep of specified plant facilities, systems, equipment and grounds.
• Requires skill in the use of basic hand and power tools, test equipment, fork lift and company vehicle.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, schematics and other written instructions.
• Requires the ability to conduct various tests to systems and must know how to comply with appropriate regulations and labeling requirements for chemicals.
• Must know how to maintain specified records and logs and complete specified forms related to the job.
• Must be able to read, understand and comply with all work instructions.

- 기계, 목공, 배관, 유압, 공압, 도장 및 제작(Fabrication) 기술 등을 활용하여 공장 시설, 부지 및 시스템의 수리, 유지보수 및 전반적인 관리를 지원하고 최적의 운영 상태와 효율성을 유지한다.
- 배관, 유압, 전기, 공압 및 기계 관련 문제를 진단(Troubleshooting)하고 수리 및 유지보수를 수행한다.
- 사무실 및 공장 내 기계와 장비를 설치, 개조 및 이전한다. (제조시설 포함)
- 수리/설치 매뉴얼, 도면(Schematics) 및 기타 작업 지침서를 읽고 해석한다.
- 긴급 수리 및 교체 요청에 대응한다.
- 요청에 따라 공장 시설 및 장비에 대한 정기 점검을 수행하고, 장비 급유, 윤활 작업, 연료 보충 등 예방 정비(Preventive Maintenance)를 수행한다.
- 작업 수행에 필요한 자재, 소모품 및 공구를 요청하거나 확보한다.
- 지정된 화학 물질 용기에 적절한 라벨이 부착되도록 관리한다.
- 필요 시 부품 수령 및 유지보수 업무 지원을 위해 외부 현장을 방문한다.
- 각종 측정 및 시험 장비를 사용하여 기계, 장비 및 시스템의 문제를 진단하고 유지보수 및 수리를 수행한다.
- 업무에 필요한 다양한 공구실 장비, 수공구 및 전동공구를 사용한다.
- 수리, 유지보수 활동 및 시스템 측정값에 대한 기록과 로그를 유지·관리한다.

- 고등학교 졸업 또는 이에 상응하는 경력
기술 및 경험 (Skills and Experience)
- 공장 시설, 시스템, 장비 및 부지의 수리, 설치, 개조 및 유지관리에 필요한 일반적인 유지보수 절차, 기술 및 요구사항에 대한 지식을 보유해야 한다.
- 기본 수공구 및 전동공구, 테스트 장비, 지게차(Forklift), 회사 차량을 사용할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다.
- 유지보수 및 수리 매뉴얼, 도면 및 기타 작업 지침서를 읽고 해석할 수 있는 능력이 필요하다.
- 다양한 시스템 점검 및 테스트를 수행할 수 있어야 하며, 화학물질 관련 규정 및 라벨링 요구사항을 준수할 수 있어야 한다.
- 지정된 기록 및 로그를 관리하고 업무 관련 양식을 정확하게 작성할 수 있어야 한다.
- 모든 작업 지침서를 읽고 이해하며 준수할 수 있어야 한다.
