The opportunity
We are now looking for a Material Planner within HVDC Control & Protection. This is a role with many interfaces and interesting work tasks, there will be opportunities for learning and development due to our growing organization. It is very important that our team culture is flexible, transparent, and cooperative. Reporting to Team Manager Material Management - HVDC Control & Protection Operations. You will be responsible of the material administration for some dedicated projects, from project start until shipping to site.

How you will make an impact
- Create purchase requests and follow up on delivery with SCM
- Plan and release material for production
- Have a close collaboration with the Sub-project managers
- Coordinate with the project, production planner and the warehouse to ensure to have the material in right place in the right time
- Show a practical approach planning and knowledge of production processes
- Proactively challenging existing ways of working, proposing improvements to processes and work practices
- You will communicate at all levels in the business and various professionals
Your background
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the industry
- Educational background in scientific or technical subject
- Knowledge in business system SAP (SAP4Hana) to perform production orders and material stock status is advantageous
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Experience with “Data analyzing” and “Project Management” related work is meriting
- Experience with improvement work is meriting
- Proficient and fluent in English and Swedish is required
