A mission-driven real estate organization is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support its housing development portfolio, with a focus on construction accounting, job costing, and project financial reporting. This is a senior-level individual contributor opportunity for an experienced construction accountant who wants meaningful project ownership, a highly flexible hybrid schedule, and exposure to complex real estate development accounting.

The Senior Project Accountant will focus heavily on reconciling trial balances to construction project draw schedules, researching discrepancies within the general ledger, and ensuring accurate project-level accounting. The role also supports construction draws, development entity accounting, treasury activities, and year-end reporting while partnering with internal teams, lenders, auditors, general contractors, and property management.
