Reporting to Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, conduct audits, and apply FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
• Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), verify incoming and outgoing materials, and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date logs of stock transactions using ERP software like SAP or Tally.
• Coordination: Communicate with procurement, production, finance, and vendor teams to process purchase orders and clear bills.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the storage or store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 4 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, or ERP tools).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Inventory and Stock Control: Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and issue materials to various departments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or inventory software like SAP, tracking receipts, returns, and daily stock movements.
• Auditing and Reconciling: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, comparing system records with actual inventory to prevent shrinkage or loss.
• Vendor and Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, track deliveries, resolve supply discrepancies, and maintain orderly vendor documentation.
• Safety and Organization: Ensure the storage area or sales floor remains clean, properly labeled, safe, and compliant with company or regulatory standards
