Class A Local Driver – $1,554 Wk Avg – 100% No-Touch Freight
Skip the long OTR layovers and run steady local miles across Southern California. This dedicated position offers high weekly earning potential, 100% no-touch store drops, and the consistency of sleeping in your own bed after every shift.
Daily Routine & Operation
- Hometime: Home Daily (slip-seat day cab operation; trucks remain parked at the yard, so daily personal commute transport is required).
- Delivery Territories: Multi-stop store runs originating from local Distribution Centers, delivering across the Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego County.
- Workload & Miles: Averages ~1,700 miles per week with 1 to 2 store stops per shift.
- Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight.
- Dispatch Operations: 24/7 operating facility with start times assigned following onboarding. Expect up to 6 days on duty per week during seasonal peak periods (1 day off).
Compensation & Pay Details
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,554/week (~$80,830 per year average).
- Top Earner Cap: Up to $2,122/week (~$110,379 top annual potential).
- Pay Structure: Multi-tier compensation combining Band Mileage Pay, Stop Pay, and Detention Pay.

Qualifications & Screening
- Active Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

- Location / Commute: Must live within 35 miles of the terminal yard located at 2250 Riverside Ave, Colton, CA.
