Overview
- Execute customer order management activities accurately and on time.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery execution to ensure service continuity.
- Support customers and distributors on routine order and delivery matters.
- Maintain operational compliance and service quality in daily Customer Service operations.
Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and on time in SAP.
- Monitor order status and coordinate delivery execution to support OTIF and order accuracy.
- Provide order, delivery, stock availability, and credit status updates to customers and Sales teams.
- Process trade promotion payments and tool-of-trade allocations accurately and on time.
- Customer Service Support
- Handle routine customer and distributor inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
- Resolve routine operational issues related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and system transactions following established procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to Customer Service Supervisor when required.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily operational reports, including CFR and order tracking reports.
- Support Sales teams with routine reports such as MTD Sales and pending sales order reports.
- Maintain accurate order and customer master data in SAP.
- Team Support & Compliance
- Follow Customer Service procedures, Order-to-Cash controls, and operational standards.
- Share process updates and lessons learned with team members.
- Support team activities to ensure service continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate-degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Sales Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Experience with ERP software (Oracle, SAP) is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
