Enterprise Mobility's Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Digital Marketing Manager - Customer Relationship Marketing! 

 

The Digital Marketing Manager manages full-funnel B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns, testing, and optimizing to maximize ROI and account value. This role also manages relationships with external partners and internal teams to support integrated digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager leads a team of digital marketing professionals, as well as performs forecasting, performance analysis, and budget management, while driving innovation and best practices across digital strategies.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

• Manage and optimize regional Digital Marketing channels across SEO, SEM, display, affiliates, and partnerships, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented to drive brand, customer experience, and growth objectives  
• Manage and develop Digital Marketing Specialists, supporting digital marketing growth across all lines of business, including reservations, sales, and lead generation  
• Support assigned regional frameworks for personalization, testing, and optimization that improve customer engagement and deliver measurable outcomes including traffic, conversion, and lead generation  
• Communicate digital marketing priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders  
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and leadership to ensure initiatives are scalable, measurable, and fully integrated with business needs  
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts of digital marketing initiatives  
• Manage day-to-day engagements to ensure plans and tactics meet objectives and goals  
• Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs to evaluate channel performance, understand trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure results are effectively organized and communicated to stakeholders  
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices across regional markets in areas such as data privacy and digital security, safeguarding customer trust and enterprise reputation  
• Monitor industry and technology trends, track emerging opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that shape future digital marketing investments and capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or another applicable field 
• Five (5+) years or more of Digital Marketing experience
• Five (5+) years or more of experience managing high-performing teams across complex organizations
• Five (5+) years or more of experience in digital performance channels and marketing technology ecosystems
• Five (5+) years or more of strategic marketing experience across B2C and B2B channels, including SEM, organic search, and display
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

• Marketing Product/Technology Experience
