Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through various stages of the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Big Data Edition, Pyspark, Python, Tidal.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management in big data environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and their integration with big data tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows for performance and reliability.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica Big Data Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
