Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features that span from the user interface to backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in problem-solving and delivering end-to-end system functionalities that align with evolving project requirements and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Confluent Streaming EDB Platform support
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including frontend and backend integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across distributed environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
