About the Role
Position:Sr. Specialist, Health & Wellness - Strategic PlanningRoles and Responsibilities:
Provide management support including business analysis / planning, primarily on regular reports writing and business reports preparation
Responsible for CBIRC / IAC reports if any
Work independently to revolve daily BAU problems or drive some modules of inflight projects
Cross-functional alignment and coordination
Other tasks being assigned by the line manager
University graduate with 4 5 years of working experience in business analysis & planning or project management
Prior working experience in consulting firm or life insurance company of HQ level will be a plus
Strong in program management with excellent strategic thinking and planning capability
Sufficient industrial knowledge with the capability to understand distribution, product, and operating process of life insurance
Good execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT and Excel Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
