About the Role

Position：Sr. Specialist, Health & Wellness - Strategic Planning

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide management support including business analysis / planning, primarily on regular reports writing and business reports preparation

• Responsible for CBIRC / IAC reports if any

• Work independently to revolve daily BAU problems or drive some modules of inflight projects

• Cross-functional alignment and coordination

• Other tasks being assigned by the line manager

• University graduate with 4 5 years of working experience in business analysis & planning or project management

• Prior working experience in consulting firm or life insurance company of HQ level will be a plus

• Strong in program management with excellent strategic thinking and planning capability

• Sufficient industrial knowledge with the capability to understand distribution, product, and operating process of life insurance

• Good execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill

• Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT and Excel Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
