Through our brands, we provide electrical distribution solutions to contractors, industrialcustomers, OEMs, and commercial businesses nationwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head of Sales (Player-Coach) who believes the best leaders are the ones who lead from the front.
This is not a traditional executive role with multiple layers of management. You'll work directly with an established team of Inside and Outside Sales professionals, coaching performance, developing talent, improving execution, and partnering across the business to drive profitable growth.

What You'll Do
How You'll Make an Impact ● Lead, coach, and develop our Inside and Outside Sales teams. ● Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focus. ● Recruit, mentor, and develop future sales leaders. ● Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and sales execution. ● Strengthen relationships with key customers while supporting strategic growth opportunities. ● Partner with Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience. ● Champion practical technology and AI tools that simplify work, boost productivity, and enable the sales team to spend more time serving customers.
What You Bring
You're a leader who: ● Enjoys coaching people more than managing reports. ● Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. ● Builds trust, accountability, and high-performing teams. ● Creates structure, consistency, and measurable business results. ● Uses technology—including AI—as a practical tool to improve productivity and decision-making. ● Brings experience leading successful B2B sales teams; experience in the electrical, industrial, or distribution industries is strongly preferred.
