What you’ll contribute to
At Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA), we're looking for a motivated and commercially minded District Sales Manager to support our Dealer network and contribute to the achievement of regional sales objectives.
In this role, you'll work closely with Dealer partners and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies, optimise business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in supporting sales growth, dealership profitability, and long-term business success across your region.
This is a permanent full-time role based at Sydney Olympic Park
How you’ll make an impact
Support the implementation of sales strategies, processes, and best-practice initiatives across the Dealer network to achieve regional sales targets.
Analyse market trends, sales performance, and Dealer insights to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
Monitor sales, stock, and production planning to maximise regional sales performance and achieve wholesale targets.
Partner with Dealers to optimise inventory management, ensuring the right vehicle mix is available to meet customer demand.
Build strong relationships with Dealers and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration, resolve business challenges, and support retail growth initiatives.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in business processes that enhance operational efficiency and minimise risk.

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
An understanding of automotive Dealer networks (highly regarded).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
The ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
