Overview
Mancon Inc. is currently seeking a Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Representative to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position plays a key role in promoting workplace safety, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping maintain a safe and efficient operational environment across daily logistics and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively across operational teams, and experience supporting safety programs within industrial, warehouse, or Government operations environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety program enforcement for Contractor operations.
- Ensure new employees receive SOH training and all employees receive refresher training IAW OSHA.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the SOH field within the past five (5) years.
- Secret Security Clearance is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain forklift
Physical Requirements
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Essential Requirements
