Intermediate Oracle Developer — Business-Critical Systems

You will help evolve business-critical applications across Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, relational databases and service integrations. You will take ownership of enhancements, diagnose complex problems at source and collaborate with product, business-analysis and operational colleagues.

Profile for success

• Demonstrated production delivery using Oracle Forms and PL/SQL, including personal ownership of build, test and release activities.
• At least three years of relevant software-development experience and a three-year IT qualification or equivalent practical foundation.
• Strong working experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL relational databases, including development and troubleshooting.
• Evidence of contributing to REST, SOAP or WCF integrations and handling interfaces, data formats or failures.
• Practical exposure to web technologies and source-control / DevOps tooling in a delivery environment.
• Financial-services experience is advantageous, but not required.
