Planner

We are working closely with Sutton Housing Partnership to assist with the appointment of a Planner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £14.68 - £19.19 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, and providing excellent customer service to tenants while ensuring appointments are planned efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate responsive repairs and maintenance appointments
• Allocate work to operatives and subcontractors efficiently
• Manage diaries and maximise workforce productivity
• Provide first-class customer service via telephone and email
• Monitor job progress and update customers and contractors

Essentials:

• Experience in repairs planning, scheduling or workforce planning within housing, property maintenance or construction
• Experience managing direct labour operatives and subcontractor/supply chain works
• Strong customer service and communication skills with experience handling high volumes of calls and enquiries

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
