This role is onsite in Bloomfield, CT, five days per week, and the company will be relocating to Suffield, CT later in 2026.

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP/Excel systems
- Perform daily inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Ship to customers and suppliers
- Support purchasing and materials teams with inventory data
- Receive all engine build inventory items
- Process incoming material documentation and verify quantities
- Label, organize, and maintain inventory locations
- Assist with warehouse organization and material identification
- Communicate inventory concerns to purchasing, production, and management teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles
- Experience with ERP/MRP/Excel systems preferred
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to perform basic data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cycle counting procedures
- Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and production processes
- Experience with barcode systems and inventory scanning tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout warehouse/manufacturing areas
- Ability to lift and move materials as required (based on company requirements)
- Ability to work around warehouse and production environments
