AI & Innovation Danaher Senior Manager, Danaher China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partnering closely with the technical leaders, AI & Innovation DBSL and PMO to drive forward and execute AI and innovation projects.
• Partner with wet lab scientists/clinicians to translate medical/scientific challenges into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Danaher’s three core platforms, associated technologies, and developmental pathways, as well as potential areas for technological integration.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies, including pharmaceutical companies, Biotechs, academic institutions, hospital leaders and government entities, to advance Danaher’s innovations strategy.
• Coordinate global and China cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving and implementing BEACON, Nexus, Pioneer, and open innovation initiatives.
• Strategic market intelligence to identify AI and innovation opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• This person will be highly energetic and able to handle conflict.
• Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
• Experience in project management, partnership management, partnership strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent cross-culture interpersonal, organization, communication and influencing skills, in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders to effect change and achieve results in a dynamic, complex environment.
