Key Responsibilities & Site Operations Management

- Deliver superior customer service to consistently meet and exceed on-site client expectations

- Support the implementation of industry best practice operations across the facility

- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to ensure building procedures and performance standards are maintained at all times

- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards

- Maintain the premises in a clean, safe, and fully functional condition at all times

- Maintain accurate records and secure storage of duplicate office keys

- Provide reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and general front-desk duties

- Support mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Offer facilities management support for meeting room bookings as required

- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets

- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
