The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for the accurate and complete filing of all federal, international, and state tax compliance and tax accounting. Performs detailed tax research and assists with responses for income tax audits as requested by the Tax manager. Responsible for obtaining necessary information out of SAP and preparation of the income tax return and provision in OneSource.

Responsible for the preparation and review of US, International, State and Local income tax filings including estimates, returns, and quarterly projections. 25%  Responsible for the timely, accurate, and complete compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, judicial decisions, and administrative pronouncements.  Reviews and analyzes new tax rules and changes to existing tax rules to ensure Company’s continued compliance. 25%  Assists with the preparation, review, and documentation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision, including the identification and calculation of permanent book/tax differences, discrete items, deferred income taxes, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowances. 25%  Assists with the research of income tax issues and addressing tax issues in connection with special projects as needed by the Director of Tax. 10% 5. Respond to notices and assists with Federal, State, and Foreign tax audits or examinations including anticipating auditor’s requests, preparation of documents and support for returns, and researching audit issues.15%
