You will stay ahead of changing employment laws and regulations, translate requirements into practical solutions, oversee key compliance programs and vendors, and identify opportunities to make our processes simpler, smarter, and more efficient.

You will also lead and develop a talented team, creating an environment built on trust, collaboration, and continuous growth. In this role, you will report to the HR Compliance and Support Director. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes, working cross-functionally, and turning regulatory requirements into thoughtful solutions, we want to hear from you.

  • Partner with HRIT to define business requirements and develop testing scripts for new compliance functionality and system enhancements.
  • Participate in system testing, implementation, and validation activities.
  • Coordinate legal employee record and data requests.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Workday integrations with third-party systems and vendors.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team built on trust, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Understand team members’ strengths and career goals and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Delegate meaningful projects that build skills and prepare team members for future opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that supports engagement, accountability, and retention.
