18BASIC PURPOSE:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Implement human resources operations and compliance activities aligned to organizational strategy to support operational excellence, risk mitigation, and employee experience.
- Manage the design, implementation, administration, and communication of the Bank's total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits.
- Develop, guide, and manage the execution of HR operations programs by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and prioritizing work.
- Continuously improve HR operational processes, controls, and compliance programs based on audit results, feedback, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Present operational, compliance, workforce analytics, and total rewards strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide consultation through thought leadership and strategic direction on HR operations, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, systems, and tools that improve efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and employee service delivery.
- Drive programs by leveraging workforce and operational data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Direct internal and external audit activities and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives by providing workforce analytics, compensation insights, and operational recommendations.
- Work directly with executive management on a range of issues including risk management, compliance, policy governance, workforce metrics, and HR operational effectiveness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field and seven+ years of progressive human resources experience in human resource operations, total rewards, and compliance, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
Five years of managerial experience required.
Work Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Atlanta, GA office. This position may not be filled in New Jersey, either in-person or remotely.
Work Schedule: Onsite with an opportunity to work remote partially.
