If you are an organised coordinator who enjoys following jobs through to the finish line and chasing the details others miss, this role puts you at the centre of a growing Australian solar and battery business.

About the Opportunity

Our client is an Australian solar, battery, and energy services company that installs systems for residential and commercial customers. The business delivers around 80 to 100 residential jobs and 15 to 20 commercial jobs every month.

You will join a new team in Manila and handle the admin at both ends of every job, from grid approval before installation to compliance and handover after it. There is a clear path to grow into a project coordinator role over time.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and lodge grid connection applications with electricity distributors

• Coordinate meter reconfiguration and meter upgrade requests after installation

• Prepare post installation packs with warranty and system information for customers

• Prepare and check STC rebate documentation so every claim is compliant

• Follow up installers, distributors, and customers by phone and email

• Update the CRM and upload documents to keep every job on track

• Track job status, chase outstanding approvals, and flag delays early

Full training on the Australian side. You do not need to know Australian grid applications, metering, or STC rules already. The team will train you. Solar experience from any country is a plus, because the technology is the same worldwide.

What You Bring

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or administration

• Strong organisation across many jobs and competing deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy

• Clear spoken and written English with customers, installers, and distributors

• Confident using a CRM, online portals, and several systems at once

• Strong follow up and ownership of outstanding actions

• Nice to have: solar, battery, or renewable energy experience from any country
