As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with established commercial clients across Ballarat and the broader region, helping them grow, adapt and thrive. You'll manage a diversified portfolio of corporate clients ($10M–$200M turnover) and work alongside Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions across cash flow, capital, wealth, risk and investment needs. You'll enjoy the autonomy to innovate, the support to succeed and the tools to lead, all within a genuinely great culture.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive, high-touch service.
