- Deliver omnichannel marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage promotional materials through approval processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate scientific meetings, congresses, symposiums, and educational events from planning through execution and close-out.
- Manage vendors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), budgets, and associated documentation.
- Monitor marketing performance and support budget tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Finance, Digital, and Global teams to deliver business objectives.
- Identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive projects forward.

You are someone who:
- Enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action.
- Focuses on solutions and finds ways to move things forward.
- Is resourceful, curious, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Can manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines with confidence.
- Balances attention to detail with commercial thinking.
- Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across functions.
- Communicates clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Is willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved, whether in strategic initiatives or executional details.
- Is motivated by meaningful work and the opportunity to improve patients' lives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of healthcare regulations and promotional compliance requirements.
- Experience with digital and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience working with Veeva CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse customer, patient and market insights and translate them into action.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Why Join Mundipharma?
- See the difference your work makes through meaningful contributions to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Be trusted and empowered to take ownership, make decisions, and turn ideas into action.
- Work in a nimble and collaborative environment alongside passionate colleagues who bring energy, curiosity, and courage.
- Build a career with purpose while helping shape the future of healthcare.
If you're a proactive and resourceful marketer who enjoys turning challenges into opportunities and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
