- Organise formalised HR and leadership training initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead staff engagement strategies to promote a positive, productive workplace.
- Develop and implement employee incentive and recognition programs (e.g., years of service, Employee of the Month/Year).
- Drive internal communication through newsletters and updates.
- Coordinate and support internal and external staff events.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Manage health monitoring scheduling and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with safety personnel on WHS-related initiatives and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of staff fit testing and related health data.

- Experience coordinating training, inductions, and large-scale workforce onboarding.
Desirable:
- Formal HR qualification (Diploma or Degree).
- Exposure to Jetco systems and WHS compliance processes.
