D365 Finance Functional Specialist

This is an in-house opportunity at Azelis for an ambitious personality to play an active role in optimizing our financial processes by leveraging the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The role

The mission of the D365 Finance Functional Specialist is to support the delivery of projects by bridging the gap between functional business requirements, configuration in Dynamics 365 Finance & integration with external systems and provide operational support with a focus on following domains: Finance, Treasury & Bank automation, Tax, Regulatory reporting…. You will lead and participate improvement projects to streamline and contribute to automation of our processes where domain knowledge is essential to further get the value out of our landscape. You will be playing a key role in our maintenance and eventual transformation to D365FO Finance in the region and help design, implement and maintain current integrations with our third-party partners.

Main accountabilities

• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance processes based on the guidelines defined.
• Analyze, document and Execute optimization and automation projects related to ERP: such as E-invoicing, E-Reporting, invoice / bank / treasury automation, ...
• Advocate the Azelis ERP best practices by empowering and strengthening the Regional ERP Champions community.
• Support the set-up, implementation and maintenance of new functionalities and interfaces globally.
• Test integrations delivered by implementation partners.
• 2nd line support for live entities, using the ticketing system.
• Support day-to-day operations together with our partners.
• Train the trainers/end-users on the proper use of the integration processes.
• Knowledge sharing across the globe.
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ERP with focus on Finance localisations.
• Deep understanding of accountancy rules and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with analysing and implementing API’s is considered a plus.
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Have a curious and innovative mindset, think disruptively and drive change.
• Proactive personality .
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team player who loves to collaborate on complex challenges.
