sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled functional consultant to be a part of our team in Bangalore.

Job Description

• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft D365 Finance application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end-users.
• Support the Microsoft D365 Finance application to achieve the customer’s business requirements. Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process
• To have deep understanding & knowledge on latest D365 Modules & new features, applications, and functionalities

The requirements for this role include:

• 7+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft D365 Finance/F&O.
• Extensive experience in core financial modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, Treasury Management and Projects.
• Develop and configure Electronic Reporting (ER) and statutory reports.
• Work on India Localization, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, GST compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Configure and support US Taxation requirements within D365 Finance.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for D365 Finance enhancements and integrations
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of Dynamics 365 solutions using best practices implementation methodology
• A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions & integrations
• Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing
• Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects from requirements to UAT.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas (B.Com/M.Com., MBA)

• Candidates with Microsoft certifications are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
• Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to guide junior team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
• Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
• Should be a self-starter and initiative taker.
• Should possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.
