Your Opportunity: Folder Works, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Production Team Lead in our North Mankato, MN facility.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnel
• Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to personnel based on work volume
• Willingness to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if needed
• Establish run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers and packagers
• Manage all aspects of the daily WIP reports
• Establish daily, monthly, and annual goals for team members to ensure production goals are met
• Confirm quality-routine checks, including process startup and control
• Print quality, cutting quality, Finishing quality, packaging quality

Your Shift:

• 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

You Must Have:

• Strong computer skills with a familiarity of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player and self-motivated
• Highly detailed-oriented and quality focus driven
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of each job ticket

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Previous leadership experience
• Production experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 - 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
