Production Team Lead

We’re hiring a Production Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Fargo area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

This position offers a great weekday schedule with no weekends, competitive starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience, and an opportunity to grow within an established manufacturing environment.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the day

• Assign daily work priorities to help meet production goals and deadlines

• Work alongside the production team and serve as a backup across different workstations

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently followed

• Assist with troubleshooting equipment, machine setup, and production issues

• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall efficiency

• Coordinate material usage and work orders

• Complete production-related data entry within the company’s ERP system

• Support cross-training and employee development

• Promote a positive, team-oriented production environment

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating manufacturing equipment

• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and help the team

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety

• Ability to communicate effectively and keep a team on track

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment
