About the Role
You’ll lead engineering for some of CaptivateIQ’s most important platform building blocks and use that leverage to support our journey into a multi-product company. Core Platform is the foundation the rest of our product runs on. As Senior Manager, Core Platform, you will lead a team of engineers who own our identity platform, customer job processing and design systems. These capabilities let product teams ship quickly and safely at scale, and they shape how customers experience the product every day.
You will set direction, prioritize a complex portfolio, and influence technical strategy across the Foundation Pillar. You will also help define how a distributed team works across roughly 8 hours of time zone spread, with async-first habits and psychological safety at the center.
