About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-energy B2B Outbound Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition for an established U.S. industrial market intelligence provider.For 40 years, the company has delivered verified capital project intelligence ranging from $1M to $5B+ to contractors, equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, and industrial suppliers across the U.S. and Canada.
As the primary dedicated sales professional, you’ll own the outbound pipeline, engage decision-makers, drive subscription sales, and work directly with leadership to improve sales sequences and workflows.You’ll be able to stay focused on selling: management handles platform demos, custom quoting, billing, and account onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting: Execute cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers across industrial, construction, and engineering sectors.
- Build and manage pipeline: Track daily activity in Pipedrive, manage deal stages, log interactions, and execute structured follow-up sequences.
- Sell and close: Identify prospect needs, communicate the value of verified market intelligence, handle objections, and close monthly and annual subscription agreements.
- Optimize the process: Work directly with leadership to improve CRM sequences, email templates, and automation workflows.
- Drive consistent follow-up: Combine CRM automation with personalized outreach to keep warm opportunities moving.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B startup, SaaS, or high-volume service environment.
- Proven experience with cold prospecting and closing B2B subscription or service deals.
- Confidence engaging VPs, Business Development Directors, C-level executives, and Business Owners.
- Hands-on CRM experience with Pipedrive or similar platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus outreach automation tools.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and feedback-driven approach, with a willingness to test new angles and continuously improve outreach.
Compensation & details
- Compensation: Competitive monthly fee + uncapped performance incentives
- Engagement: Full-time Independent Contractor
- Location: Remote — LATAM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST business hours
- Time Away: 20 planned non-working days/year + U.S. holidays
