Marketing & Creative Assistant

And we’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Assistant to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Social media management — content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking across multiple brands and platforms

• Graphic design — promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across locations

• Video editing — short-form videos, reels, and promos with captions and branding (~20 hrs/week of editing alone)

• Email marketing — campaign creation, scheduling, template design, and performance monitoring

Required Tools

• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

• Meta Business Suite

• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

• Mailchimp or Klaviyo (email marketing)

• Google Workspace

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in social media management

• Graphic design and video editing capabilities

• Experience creating and managing content calendars

• Experience with email marketing campaigns

• Strong written English communication

• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8am–5pm CST | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱50K/month, depending on experience
